 BOOTCAMP (50 minutes) - A popular interval class that mixes calisthenics and body weight exercises with cardio and strength training. These boot camps are designed in a way to be different all the time, and push our participants harder than they'd push themselves. We want to keep you guessing - and challenge you differently every class! Although our instructors may push you like a drill sergeant, our goal is to offer encouragement rather than intimidation. We want you to have tons of fun – but please be prepared for some high intensity training!


MIXXED FIT (50 minutes)® is a people-inspired dance fitness program that is a mix of explosive dancing and boot camp toning.  Everything about our dance fitness program can be described as explosive – all of our movements are always big, exaggerated, full-out, and our very best.


Barre+Yoga (50 minutes) - If you are looking to build long, lean muscle with ballet based movement, this is the class for you! Define and strengthen in this unique and challenging workout that targets your arms, abs, hips, butt and thighs. This intense fusion of Yoga, sculpting, and ballet-based exercises will change the way your body looks – longer, leaner and stronger!


Yoga (50 minutes) - A Hindu spiritual and ascetic discipline, including breath control, simple meditation, and the adoption of specific bodily postures, which is widely practiced for health and relaxation. A regular yoga practice will help transform both your mind and body ultimately helping you find an inner calmness/peace, enhance your balance and stability, and leave you feeling stronger and more centered.


Cycling X-press (35 minutes) - A 30 minute cycling workout for those who prefer to train aerobically without placing undue stress to the joints. The class is designed using choreography and visualization, focusing inward while making the mind/body connection. Indoor Cycle is motivating, invigorating and leaves you with a sense of accomplishment. It attracts the fit and not so fit who want to find another way to burn calories, increase heart rate and enjoy a fun filled class of fitness and well being.


P90X (50 minutes) - Combines all 12 programs in 55 minutes. It is a full body, intense workout that gives you a kick butt session with one of our P90X trainer.


BollyX – (50 minutes) - Experience a Bollywood-inspired dance fitness program that combines exhilarating choreography and calorie-burning workouts with upbeat music from around the world. The workout cycles between higher and lower-intensity dance sequences that will get you motivated, moving, and sweating. Just bring your swag, lose yourself to Bollywood music, dance with new and old friends, have fun and smile BIG. All levels are welcome.


Pilates (50 minutes) - Tone and strengthen your abdominals, hips, and back, or what Joseph Pilates refers to as your "powerhouse." This classic Pilates class emphasizes precise body alignment, mental focus, and breath work for a refreshing mind/body workout resulting in improved posture, flexibility, and strength. All levels welcome.


Abs30 (30 minutes) - This class targets the waistline, abs, oblique region, lower back and glutes. Combining tradition abs exercises, along with squats, lunges and lower back stretches to help shape, define and shrink the waistline.
