INSANITY (50 minutes) - A revolutionary cardio-based total body conditioning program based on the principles of MAX Interval Training. By using MAX Interval Training, INSANITY pushes the participant to new training heights, resulting in more calories burned, faster results, and a more efficient metabolism.

POUND NEW CLASS! (45 min)- Instead of listening to music, you become the music in this exhilarating full-body workout that combines cardio, conditioning, and strength training . Designed for all fitness levels, POUND® provides the perfect atmosphere for letting loose, getting energized, toning up and rockin' out! The workout is easily modifiable and the alternative vibe and welcoming philosophy appeals to men and women of all ages and abilities.

Country Heat LIVE NEW CLASS! (50 min) - the country dance-inspired workout that's unlike any other workout you've tried. Packed with your favorite country hits and simple steps, each class is a fun-filled, calorie-scorching good time. No complicated choreography. No matter your fitness level, just follow along and you'll work up a sweat in no time. Get fired up from the minute the class starts with the best country hits.

HEALTHY WALKING NEW CLASS! (30 mins) - This class allows you to choose your own "speed" of walking, whether it be a 20-minute per mile pace, or a 12-minute per mile pace. All class members meet together at the beginning and end of each class session to stretch, and to share in the camaraderie that exists in activity.

BOOTCAMP (50 minutes) - A popular interval class that mixes calisthenics and body weight exercises with cardio and strength training. These boot camps are designed in a way to be different all the time, and push our participants harder than they'd push themselves. We want to keep you guessing - and challenge you differently every class! Although our instructors may push you like a drill sergeant, our goal is to offer encouragement rather than intimidation. We want you to have tons of fun – but please be prepared for some high intensity training!

Abs30 (30 minutes) - This class targets the waistline, abs, obliques, lower back and glutes. Combining tradition abs exercises, along with squats, lunges and lower back stretches to help shape, define and shrink the waistline.

Cycling (50 minutes) - Indoor Cycle is a 30 or 45 minute cycling workout for those who prefer to train aerobically without placing undue stress to the joints. The class is designed using choreography and visualization, focusing inward while making the mind/body connection. Indoor Cycle is motivating, invigorating and leaves you with a sense of accomplishment. It attracts the fit and not so fit who want to find another way to burn calories, increase heart rate and enjoy a fun filled class of fitness and well being.
